Walker, the author of nine novels in the mystery/crime genre (and a tenth due out this July), will be here to discuss the crime fiction genre and why it continues to be so very popular with readers of all ages. With easy-going humor and down-to-earth examples, Walker will present his “Don’t Go through That Door” theory, which both explains the popularity of mystery fiction and helps readers appreciate and respect this genre. If you like to read, you’ll enjoy this evening. After the program, a drawing will be held to award prizes for the winter reading participants.
