Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma plus one year of training in computer systems hardware and software or demonstrated ability to do the job. Physically able to maneuver in and about computer stations for repair purposes.

Attributes
Good communications skills and ability to understand and share written and oral instructions; ability to exercise initiative; must exercise tact, friendliness, and patience when working with patrons and staff; can work productively with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
Assists patrons and staff with PC applications and peripherals; trains staff and patrons; maintains and troubleshoots equipment and software applications; develop documents, databases, or forms for in-house use; assists with miscellaneous tasks at the Periodicals and Youth Services Desks.

Hours
19 hour average per week. Most mornings and evenings and at least one weekend per month.

Salary
$12.35 per hour
