Large Meeting Room

Located in the lobby entrance of the library, with side doors in the café area and Adult Services, the Large Meeting Room is a suitable space for large community or business groups based in Elk Grove Village.

The Large Meeting Room holds a maximum capacity of 150 people, but can be divided into thirds for medium-sized groups or programs. Large Meeting Room A has a capacity of 40, and Large Meeting Room B and C each have a capacity of 50.

The Large Meeting Room has adjustable lighting, a kitchen (Room A), a large projector screen, a Bluray / DVD player, and HDMI ports (no VGA). Each of the three rooms has a smaller projector screen, Bluray / DVD player, and HDMI ports (no VGA). Mics (lapel or handheld) are available for use.

Small Conference Room

The Small Conference Room is adjacent to the main entrance and across from the Circulation Desk. It holds a capacity of 10 people, and it's great for small community or business groups. A projector screen and VGA port are available for use in the Small Conference Room.

Study Rooms

The library has three (3) study rooms available for use in Adult Services: Room A (capacity 4), Room B (capacity 6), and Room C (capacity 8). These are ideal for small study groups or business meetings. The rooms are located next to our CD collection and between our fiction collection and the computer lab.

Each room has chairs and a table with an HDMI port (no VGA) built into it. Room A and Room B have a monitor mounted for HDMI display, and Room C has a Whiteboard for HDMI display.
