Get ready to uncover the unknown with The Summer Camp Files! You’re invited to step into a world of eerie campfire tales, mysterious sightings, and legendary cryptids lurking just beyond
the trees. From Bigfoot to lake monsters, you’ll explore spine-tingling stories and keep your own “case file” as you read your way through the summer. Whether you’re a skeptic or a true
believer, adventure awaits you. Sign up begins Saturday, May 30 at the Adult Reference Desk. Join us… if you dare.
- Read 5 books for entry into the Grand Prize Drawing: $100.00 Visa Gift card or a pair of Beats Solo Buds.
- Read 3 books for entry into the Small Prize Drawing: $25.00 Barnes and Noble Gift card.

Mysterious Creatures Presentation
Tuesday, June 9, 7-8pm
Join researcher Chad Lewis as he explores legendary cryptids—from Chupacabra to Mothman. Don’t miss out on the ultimate creature adventure! Attend and receive an extra Grand Prize Raffle ticket.
Teen Summer Reading Book Talk
Tuesday, July 21, 1-2pm
Share what you’re reading for The Summer Camp Files! Swap recs and refuel with free pizza before diving back into your summer reading adventure. Attend and receive an extra Grand Prize Raffle ticket.
Escape from Bigfoot Mountain - Escape Room
Friday, July 17, 12-5pm
- Group One: 12-1pm
- Group Two: 1-2pm
- Group Three: 2-3pm
- Group Four: 3-4pm
- Group Five: 4-5pm
Trapped at a remote ranger’s cabin in the woods, your team must solve clues, unlock secrets, and repair a radio to escape a stalking Bigfoot. Work together before time runs out and it finds you! Attend and receive an extra Grand Prize Raffle ticket.

Prize Drawing
As you complete the program, bring your reading log to the Adult Services Reference Desk. There you will receive your raffle tickets. You may put these tickets into their respective Grand or Small prize buckets. Prizes will be drawn August 18th, and you will receive a phone call if you are a winner.
