Apply Online for an Elk Grove Village Public Library Card

You can sign up for your library card with the Elk Grove Village Public Library using our online application. Once the application is completed, you will receive a temporary library card valid for 30 days so you can start using our online and digital resources immediately. Within 30 days, please bring a photo ID or utility bill with your name and address to the Circulation Desk so we can extend your library card for full access.
