Adult Book Discussions
Engage in lively conversation about books with fellow book lovers. The Elk Grove Village Public Library hosts two book discussion groups. The morning group meets at 10:30am and the evening group meets at 7:30pm. For more information or to obtain a copy of the upcoming selection, contact Chris Mika at (847) 725-2160.
Youth Book Discussions
Get a taste of appetizing books with this book club for students in grades 4 and 5. Pizza, snacks and drinks will be provided. Find copies of the book at the Youth Services Desk.
Meet once a month to discuss books, movies, and everything in between. Pizza and drinks will be provided. Copies of the book will be available at the Youth Services Desk.
Online Book Clubs
No time to visit the Library for a book discussion? Join in on an online book club from the comfort of your own home.
Every weekday morning, we will email you a portion of a book that takes about five minutes to read. After reading two or three chapters, you can finish a book by checking it out at the Library. Each Monday, we will feature new books. Sign up for a variety of genres including business, classics, fiction, good news, nonfiction, romance, and teen reads.
