Need a quiet place to study or a room for your next community meeting or social gathering? The Elk Grove Village Public Library has rooms of various sizes available for public use. Before you make a reservation online, please read our meeting room policy.
Lee Maternowski Meeting Room
Located in the lobby entrance of the Library, with side doors in the cafe area and Adult Services, the Lee Maternowski Meeting Room (LMR) is a suitable space for large community or business groups based in Elk Grove Village.

Darlene Greaves Conference Room
Adjacent to the main entrance and across from the Circulation Desk, the Darlene Greaves Conference Room is great for small community and business groups.

Study Rooms
Located next to our CD collection and Adult Computer Lab, the Library's three (3) study rooms are ideal for small study groups or business meetings.

- Room A capacity of 4
- Room B capacity of 6
- Room C capacity of 8
- Each room has chairs and a table with a built-in HDMI port (no VGA)
- Monitor mounted for HDMI display (room A and room b)
- Whiteboard for HDMI display (room C)

Room Use Policy
- You or the contact person for your group must have an Elk Grove Village Public Library card.
- At least 50% of the group must be Elk Grove residents.
- One meeting per group per month is permitted.
- Use of either room is free unless food or beverages are served. In which case, a non-refundable fee of $25 is required.

Room Use Policy
- Elk Grove Village Library cardholders may make 1 reservation up to 2 hours per day.
- Reservations may be made up to 7 days in advance.
- Reservations will be held for 10 minutes. If the group doesn't arrive in this time frame, their reservation may be forfeited to another group.
- Non-cardholders cannot make a reservation in advance. However, if a room is available, we can reserve 1 hour of time for them.
- Patrons may stay as long as they'd like past their booking, if nobody else comes to use the room.
- The booking cardholder must be present for any meetings booked.
